1. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by Infinus Labs, including designs, code, logos of Infinus Labs, materials inside the client’s project, as well as all logos, content, and design elements of Infinus Labs’ own website, remain the sole property of Infinus Labs. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of these assets is strictly prohibited.
2. Use of the Intellectual Property
Upon completion of payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the intellectual property solely for the agreed-upon purposes. This license excludes any use of Infinus Labs' website logos, content, or other branding materials unless explicitly authorized in writing.
3. User Content
Clients retain ownership of all user-provided content. By submitting content to Infinus Labs, clients grant us a non-exclusive license to use the content for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon project. Clients must ensure that submitted content does not infringe on third-party rights.
4. Prohibited Activities
The client agrees not to:
- Use or replicate any part of INFINUS LABS' website content, design, or branding for their purposes.
- Distribute or alter intellectual property belonging to INFINUS LABS without explicit consent.
- Violate applicable laws or misuse resources provided by INFINUS LABS.
5. Limitation of Liability
Infinus Labs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or materials, including misuse of our website content or branding.
6. Third-Party Links
Our services and website may include links to third-party platforms. INFINUS LABS is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of these external sites. Clients engage with third-party links at their own risk.
7. Team Meeting Policy
During the initial meeting, the client may not meet the entire selected team. This is a policy to save costs and ensure the efficient utilization of human resources. Updates and communication with key team members will be facilitated as needed.
8. Payment
A production cost amounting to at least 60% of the agreed budget must be paid prior to starting the project. The remaining project completion fee will be charged upon delivery.Any additional subscriptions or fees, such as gas fees, are charged separately and will be outlined in the agreement.Invoices are issued every two weeks, and payment must be made within 30 days of receipt.Failure to pay within 30 days may result in legal action. If payment is not received within 45 days, Infinus Labs reserves the right to:- Seize ownership of the project.
- Withdraw the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) between INFINUS LABS and the client
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the website template following any modifications, you affirm your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
